Very satisfied with this company. My furnace wasn’t working at 8:30pm, they came out took a look, had us up and running within and hour. Would highly recommend these guys for all of your heating and cooling needs and will definitely use them again.

This place is awesome! Our kitchen sink kept backing up, and every other place I called couldn’t get us in for a week. Not only were we able to get service the same day, but the tech they sent to help was super friendly and professional. Matt, if you see this, thanks again for all your help!

We have had two repairs in a month with Everest Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.. They are exceptional! Chris replaced air conditioning coils and throughly explained everything. He was very knowledgeable which we appreciated. A job done with excellence! Donovan did our pipe leak repair. Once again, very knowledgeable and called the problem with limited repair to the wall. Not only were they both knowledgeable, they both were extremely personable. My advice to people reading this review…..shop no further for plumbing or heating and cooling companies! They are honest and complete the jobs in a timely and efficient manner. They leave the worksite clean from any debris from the job.

I called Ray and he came out and I told him what was going on with our ac unit outside. He barely even looked at it and told us the compressor was good and was going to cost us a few thousand dollars to get it fixed. Well I called another company and the guy named Ted came out and took the time to take it apart and found the problem. Easy fix. So Ray was very unprofessional and just didn't take the time to tear it apart and look for the problem.

Kind of a bumpy experience but the work was performed quickly and well. I had called on a Sunday evening to get on their list for Monday due to a washer valve outlet that would not turn on or off without leaking and a leaking upstairs shower. The plumber on call said he'd have their office contact me the next morning.When I spoke with the office on Monday, they set me up for a Tuesday afternoon appointment. On Tuesday, the plumber (I think his name was Donovan) called at 9 AM and said he had a cancelation, so he could come right away.At no point during these three conversations was I informed he was only coming for an ESTIMATE. I'd taken the day off only to learn he was not actually planning to fix either thing.The plumber did offer to get the washer valve at least on and functional -- and then the valve came off in his hand and began spewing water everywhere. So, he wound up staying to install the washer outlet box I'd already bought. He did that work quickly and without tearing up my drywall too much, but kept saying that he was now going to be late to his next appointment. (Which is odd, given the 4-hour window they use to schedule appointments, and how he was only here 40 minutes.)The price was fairly reasonable for the washer repair but he said he'd have to set a different appointment for the shower and would most likely have to (a) order the valve; and (b) cut into the drywall from behind the shower to seat it. He said he'd send an estimate and my receipt from the washer repair that afternoon. It's now the next day and I haven't heard a thing.I did, however, manage to remove the faucet from the shower, pull out the valve, take it down to Home Depot to find a replacement, install it myself, and stop the shower from leaking WITHOUT having to cut into the drywall OR take another day off work.So I guess my search for a reliable, prompt plumbing company in Leavenworth will continue -- but it's starting to feel like I'm looking for a unicorn.

I had a clogged pipe that made it so we were unable to use our toilets, shower, washer, etc. Matt came out to check the issue, and when he didn’t have the necessary machine in his van, he came back out later the same day with the heavier duty machine and cleaned the pipe out. Thankful we were able to resume normal water activities at our house.

I called and left a message about a 15+ old water heater that I wanted to switch to a tankless version. A week later still hadn’t heard back from them. Called them and they told me they would call me the next business day to setup everything, still no call back. I called again and told them to call my wife since she is the one at home. The next day they called me and I asked them to call my wife again. They never called her. I had her call them the next day. She gave them the info, pictures they request for the quote. At this point I just wanted a new tank top. A week goes by and still no call. So, I give up I know that this is a busy time of year, but it been over three weeks at this point.

We had some bad luck in the last year with both our furnace and AC units. Back in November when it started getting cold, our furnace bit the dust and Ray came out to look it over. He determined that we needed a new unit and had his team install it within just a few days. Then last week when this heat wave hit, our AC stopped cooling. I called Ray back up and he was out next day to assess the situation. We unfortunately needed a new AC unit as well, but Ray worked with me to decide what would be best in our space. His team came out today to install and we are so grateful to have a cool house again! I cannot recommend Everest enough! They will take great care of you!

I have never been so impressed by any business!! Im not sure where to even begin....I filled out a little questionnaire and within minutes I had a call from Ray. He came out on his own time, listened to all of our concerns and found just what we needed. Saved us a fortune! Went above and beyond to get us the financing, best product for our money, scheduled for installation and all set up. The entire process took a week!! AMAZING!! American Home Shield sent this company out to clear a clogged toilet. The technician said it was completed and the toilet flushed. A short time later (15-20 min) the toilet backed up again so I called. They did not come back but rather said they would call AHS and ask if they could replace a pipe. After a couple hours we flushed the other toilet in the house and it backed up ( was fine before the “repair”) and flooded the basement. We put in another call to AHS who said the would expedite the call back from Everest and we’d hear from them within 4 hours. Never received a call back. In the mean time we cleared the clog ourselves. Would not recommend this company or AHS to anyone.

They unclogged my kitchen sink. He was nice and made sure it was working properly before he left. I liked this company. They called me first and made sure I gave detail as to what I needed. He came early and got my sink unclogged by snaking it. He was patient with the drain and was nice to my dogs too.

Great company. Our furnace went out and they came out on Friday at 4 for a repair. it ended up going out again over the weekend and they came out again to assess it. Our old furnace needed to be replaced and they installed it the next Monday. Everyone was friendly, professional and great to work worth. I would definitely use them again.

Repaired a bathroom sink in our vanity. It required some consultation with stone works to make sure they had what they needed. Work was done in two phases. We were kept informed of costs before we had work started. Work was completed today and is absolutely perfect. Prior to this repair I had never used this company but I highly recommend them.

Everest was at my house in hours (after 6” of snow blanketed the city, no less) rather than days to unclog my main sewer line. The gentlemen that showed up were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and extremely friendly. They diagnosed the issue correctly and proceeded to use the right tool for the right job—all under about 30 min from the time of their arrival. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

Basement flooded. Everest came out ASAP and fixed the issue. Got me setup with a restoration company. About as easy and painless as a flooded basement can be. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.
